J & M Home Improvements are a family run business with over 30 years experience in the U-PVC and roofing trades.

We are the longest serving local certified velux installer with a vast knowledge of anything velux.

We work through out Devon, East Cornwall and Somerset.

JOE COUCH

Director

Joe has been working in the building and home improvement trade for over 30 years. He is the South West’s longest serving member of the VELUX certified Installers scheme. Joe’s reputation as a Upvc and roofing installer is second to none and he is highly respected locally for his professionalism, vast building knowledge and his expertise in VELUX related products and installations. Joe has numerous qualifications within these industry and is constantly striving for the best to which the business model is built on.

MARTIN COUCH

PARTNER

Martin has worked in the family business from the start of his working life. He is a fully trained VELUX installation expert and fully qualified in all aspects of the industry we work in. Martin holds diplomas in the fenestration industry and many Nvq qualifications of the highest grades.

LUKE COUCH

PARTNER

Like Martin, Luke is Joe’s son and has been trained to be the very best. Luke has gained a lot of knowledge working between our business and our builders business. Luke has become an exceptional builder in his own right and works closely with Joe and Martin on each job offering a high level of skill, expertise and professionalism.

TRUDY COUCH

Director/Administration

Trudy is Joe’s wife and they have been together for 30 years working as a team throughout life. Trudy works in the office, and has been a key member to the success of the business. Trudy juggles home life with the business and is there to back Joe up at all times. Not only is she mum to Martin and Luke but also to Ellie who is still at school and Bailey the cockapoo
